FRISCO (CBSDFW.COM) - The Collin County Medical Examiner's Office determined that a mother found dead in her SUV in a McKinney shopping center parking lot committed suicide through overdose.

Christine Woo and her three children were found in the family SUV of a SuperTarget parking lot, just across the street from the McDonald's where credit card records show she took the children. Woo was dead, but all three children were alive.

All three of the children suffered from severe body rash from sitting in their own filth and waste for days. The youngest child, a 1-year-old baby girl, was in critical condition.

The investigation, completed by the Frisco Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division (CID), determined that there was no deliberate plan by Woo to harm her three children.

Due to the Texas Child Protective Services (CPS) being involved in this case and for the protection of the children, there are no further details released regarding this investigation.
