DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Expect to see even more pink cars driving around the metroplex. Mary Kay Inc. has announced they will build their new global manufacturing and research and development operations facility here in North Texas.

As it stands, the company is still evaluating several possible locations across North Texas. The company already has some 600 manufacturing and R&D employees in Dallas.

According to company President and Chief Executive Officer, David Holl, Mary Kay has had double-digit growth for several years. He said, "Our investment in a new manufacturing and R&D facility comes at a critical time and allows Mary Kay to continue production on the highest quality skin care and color cosmetics."

The manufacturing headquarters for the cosmetics and skin-care company has been on Regal Row in Dallas since 1969.
