Man Wanted For Touching Child Walking To Elementary School

ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) - Police in Arlington are looking for a man who inappropriately touched an elementary student who was walking to school on Friday.

It happened near the intersection of southbound Green Oaks and Arkansas. The Ditto Elementary student told police a white male in his 50s with a mustache -- possibly a goatee or unshaven -- approached her. He is 6"1' or 6"2' with a thin build.

The student got away from the stranger and made it to school where she told teachers.

Ditto Elementary School principal Karie Kuster sent a note about the incident to parents. Word spread via social media about what happened.

Anyone with information about a possible suspect is urged to call the Arlington Police Department.
