Man Sent To Hospital Following Alleged Streetracing Crash

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - An overnight high-speed crash has put a man in a Dallas hospital this morning.
According to reports, emergency responders were called to the scene around 11:00 p.m. after a Mustang veered wildly out of control and crashed into a tree near Belt Line and Camp Wisdom.
Officials say the driver had to be pried from the wreckage. He was transported to the hospital, his condition has not been released.
Police believe the wreck happened during an illegal street race on Mountain Creek Parkway.
Police have not said how many other cars were involved in the race.
