STEPHENVILLE (CBSDFW.COM) – Fisher Renderknecht, 21, said he is all too familiar with the man Hood County authorities say intentionally swerved and hit a motorcyclist and his girlfriend last weekend.

Renderknecht said that same man, William Crum came after him when he was only 13-years-old back in 2007.

Renderknecht, who lived two houses away from Crum at the time, said "He chased me with a loaded shotgun hanging out of his window yelling he is going to shoot us for waking him up from his nap."

Crum's rap sheet shows he was later charged, arrested and convicted of making terroristic threats for that incident.

Renderknecht said when he heard Crum was behind the now infamous swerve-and-hit of a motorcyclist in Granbury -- he was shocked.

He added, "I saw William Crum and my heart just stopped because I knew exactly who it was."

Renderknecht said Crum has yet to learn his lesson and fears if he isn't taken off the streets he will hurt someone again.

"I don't know if he will understand that what he did was wrong ever, but he does need to behind bars and off the road and make it a little safer for us all to drive."

Crum is now charged with two counts of aggravated assault and he sits in the Hood County Jail behind bars on a $150,000 bond.
