DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A neighborhood in Dallas is on alert after a man was seen in surveillance camera video exposing himself while following a female jogger. This happened near Glencoe Street in the eastern part of the city, and police have now increased area patrols in their search for the suspect.

Witnesses said that the man in a Ford Focus was touching himself inappropriately on Sunday morning, and the jogger had no idea what was going on behind her.

Mark Rieves posted video of the incident on Facebook, to make sure that his neighbors were on the lookout for the man caught on camera. "You're being watched," Rieves said. "You're going to get caught. We'll get you."

People who live in the neighborhood were able to jot down the driver's license plate number and call police. Authorities are investigating the case, but no arrests have been made.

There have been no other reports of similar incidents.

Elizabeth Fielding was not the woman in the video, but does jog in the neighborhood where this incident happened. "It is violating," she explained, "especially for the woman it happened to, especially thinking about the other women it has happened to. I doubt this was the first time this man was doing this."
