1 Killed In Small Plane Crash In Parker County

PARKER COUNTY, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) - One person was killed in a single-engine plane crash west of Fort Worth Friday afternoon.

The Piper PPA-32 plane went down in a dense, wooded area north of Weatherford near the small town of Poolville in Parker County.

It was raining at the time, but it's unclear if weather contributed to the crash.

The FAA is investigating.
