PLANO (CBS11) - The Uber driver accused of raping a passenger is allowed to workout in a gym in Plano.

CBS11 learned Tuesday the judge who granted him bail, also gave him permission to visit "Lifetime Fitness" two hours a day, five days a week.

A spokesperson for the gym told CBS11 Talal Ali Chammout's membership was already on hold for another reason.  The gym later said it cancelled his membership all together.

Chammout is allowed to go to church, the gym and even out-of-state trips while wearing an ankle monitor.

The alleged victim's mother says her daughter is living in fear.
