Mincey, 31, signed a two-year deal worth $3 million in 2014 that included $2 million guaranteed. That made him a bargain for Dallas, especially as he came in late: In the final five games of the 2014 season (including playoffs), Mincey recorded 20 tackles, five sacks and 12 QB hurries.

He's hoped for an extension of that deal for months. When he didn't get it by the start of camp on Wednesday, he began a holdout that resulted in COO Stephen Jones announcing that Mincey would face daily fines of up to $30,000 and would not be acknowledged in negotiations without reporting.

So as of today, Mincey's holdout is over … and a one-year extension, 105.3 The Fan is told, is the likely resolution.
