Heavy Morning Rains Flood Several Dallas Streets

DALLAS (CBSDFW) - A wave of early morning thunderstorms caused street flooding in several Dallas neighborhoods, including some near White Rock Lake.

Dallas Fire & Rescue has responded to a few high-water rescues.
A car stalled out in high water on Northwest Highway west of Hillcrest around 6:15 a.m. Crews were able to help get the vehicle pushed out.
Another car stalled out in high water along Turtle Creek at Lakeside Parkway around 7:00 a.m.
No one was hurt.
