WICHITA, Kan. (AP) - A hearing on whether to approve a domestic protection from abuse order against Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle has been postponed.

The attorney representing Randle's ex-girlfriend told The Wichita Eagle that Thursday's hearing was delayed for three weeks.

The Sedgwick County District Attorney's Office plans to meet with police investigators Friday to consider whether to file criminal charges.

Dalia Jacobs, the mother of Randle's son, told investigators he brandished a gun and broke a car window while they argued Feb. 3 at a Wichita hotel. His attorney has said Randle did not threaten the woman or show a gun.

Randle was arrested after a small amount of marijuana was found in his room but those charges were dropped.
The NFL reiterated Thursday it was "reviewing the matter."
