Headline: Last August Day Very Summer Like
We don't expect much in rain chances today but should see typical hot weather to close our meteorological summer:
For Labor Day it'll be a little warmer and even drier. Winds will pick up out of the south:
We had the wettest August since the 90's but September is going to start hot and dry. The jet stream is staying north and staying flat. This allows high pressure to dominate our weather pattern for the week ahead:
What this means is hot (and mostly dry) weather is the weather story of the new month, at least for its' starts:
