Hazmat Team Responds To Dallas Federal Building

Update: Dallas Fire-Rescue has confirmed that the white powder found in an envelope is chalk.

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Hazmat teams have responded to the Earle Cabell Federal Building in downtown Dallas after someone found a suspicious envelope containing white powder.

The envelope was found on the 14th floor, and touched by a couple people who have now been placed in isolation.

The building has not been evacuated.
