Grapevine Honors Veterans With Downtown Parade

Hundreds were on hand to salute military veterans at downtown Grapevine's Veterans Day Parade.

Veterans and citizens alike came out to experience this meaningful day for our country's military servicemen and women.

A variety of veteran groups displayed their patriotism, as well as many of Grapevine's civic and service groups showing their support for our nation's veterans.

This year's parade highlighted the 50th anniversary of the start of the Vietnam War.

The parade started at 10:00 a.m. at Main and Hudgins Streets and traveled along Main Street ending at East Wall and Jenkins Streets.

Veterans Day is November 11.
