Grand Prairie Seek Attempted Child Abduction Suspect

GRAND PRAIRE (CBSDFW.COM) - The Grand Prairie Police Department has released a composite sketch of the man they say is responsible for an attempted child abduction.

On January 31, 2016, the suspect grabbed the child, and forced him behind a dumpster, while brandishing a gun. It happened near the 1000 block of N SH 360.

The child was able to escape during the struggle and run to safety.

The man responsible is described by police as a black male with a short style haircut. He was described as wearing red cut up shorts, a white shirt, and orange and white Lebron-style shoes. The suspect was further described as having two gold teeth, earrings with a diamond in each ear, and a gold chain with a money symbol "$" attached. Police said he may also have a speech impediment.
