There is an abundance of police officers at the Granbury High School campus today after a threat was made online.

Jeff Meador with Granbury School District says someone submitted a comment through the district's website threatening violence on the high school campus.

"We are taking extra security precautions today including having a police presence on campus for today and possibly the next few days." says Meador.

Meador says other than the extra police officers and security measures, classes today will continue as normal.

Investigators are working on tracking down the person who made the threat.
