IRVING (AP) - Retail gasoline prices across Texas have slipped 2 cents this week to settle at $2.73 per gallon.

AAA Texas on Thursday reported that compares to the nationwide average price at the pump of $2.92 per gallon, down 3 cents from last week.

Drivers in Corpus Christi have the most expensive gasoline statewide at $2.76 per gallon. The association survey found El Paso has the cheapest gasoline in Texas this week at an average $2.65 per gallon.

Analysts say retail prices should remain relatively low going into the Thanksgiving period, as gas stations continue to adjust for falling oil prices in the global market.
