Garland ISD Asks Voters To Approve $448 Million Bond Package

GARLAND (CBSDFW.COM) - The Garland school board asked voters to approve its largest bond package ever Monday night.

The board approved putting the issue on the November ballot. They are asking for a $448 million bond package.

If approved all 85 of the districts facilities would receive upgrades.

The impact to homeowners would be about $16 a month for a $100,000 house.
