Fusionetics, The Workout App

Almost everyone would like to be in better shape, but some of us don't have the time or money for a full time trainer.  However, what if you could do a once a month assessment and have your personal trainer on your smart phone?

Fusionetics is a program developed by Dr. Michael A. Clark along with scientists, athletes and sport medicine professionals.

"Fusionetics is based on software where I put you through your 60 point movement assessment.  You download the software to your phone, and then it designs the program for you to do yourself" said Master Trainer Scott Bale.

Movement dysfunctions can cause injury if you don't fix them before you try to work out.  The Fusionetics app takes you step by step from where you are to where you need to be to safely work out without injury.  Each exercise even has a video to show you how to do them correctly.

Scott will do the Fusionetics assessment in his Dallas gym and the whole process takes about an hour.  We did some stretching, twisting, a few pushups and range of motion exercises and before I knew it, it was over.

"Your test is done and there is already a program generated for you" Scott added.

Fusionetics is like having a personal trainer in your pocket and you can work out at home or the gym.
