Fort Worth Fire Department Working Large Gas Leak Near Bryant Irving And Overton Ridge
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - The Fort Worth Fire Department is working a large gas leak near the Specs on Bryant Irvin Road at I-20.
As many as 30 businesses were evacuated after a gas line was cut at a shopping center in Southwest Fort Worth.
It happened at 2:30 p.m.
Video from Chopper 11 shows a crew appeared to have hit a gas line behind the building.
Crews are working with Atmos Energy to secure the area and make and necessary evacuations.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area.
