Flooding Claims Another Victim In Johnson County

JOHNSON COUNTY (CBSDFW.COM) - Sheriff Alford from Johnson County reports that Jose Vargas, 48-years old, has drowned. 
The accident occurred off of CR 917, between Mesquite and English Trail.
Vargas is the second person to die because of dangerous flooding conditions in Johnson County, and he's the third victim in North Texas today. A fourth person in Fort Worth is still missing.
