Fire Out At AISD Food Storage Building

ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) - A fire Saturday night at an Arlington ISD food storage building.

It started around 7:40 p.m. near the intersection of Matlock Rd & SE Green Oaks Blvd.

Battalion Chief Mike Shoemaker tells CBS11, the fire started in a commercial refrigeration unit.  The cause is still under investigation.

The fire was controlled by the automatic sprinkler system but there was heavy smoke damage throughout the building.

No one was hurt.
