TARRANT COUNTY (CBS 11 NEWS) – Some of its loyal fans have filed a lawsuit against Texas A & M.

The lawsuit, filed in Tarrant County, has a family suing the university over their football seats at Kyle Field.

The five plantiffs say they donated 60-thousand dollars back in 1985 and were promised 8 of the best tickets and parking for life.

But now they say the reseating program created by the football field renovations are breaching their contract.

The family says now they would have to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep their current seats, plus extra for parking.

The renovations at Kyle Field will add 20 thousand seats, making it the biggest in Texas.
