Elderly Woman Sought In Connection With Stolen Credit Cards

FARMER BRANCH (CBSDFW.COM) –  Several credit cards were stolen from a Honda Pilot in the 3300 block of Golfing Green in Farmers Branch on Saturday morning.

The theft has police looking for an elderly woman who is suspected of charging nearly $13,000 on credit cards which were stolen from the vehicle.

Within a few hours of the burglary the suspect was captured on camera in a Highland Park store where she reportedly purchased a purse for $9,363 using one of the stolen credit cards.

In all, she is suspected of making three purchases using the stolen cards, totaling nearly $13,000 from three high-end Highland Park retailers.

Farmers Branch Police describe the suspect as an elderly, heavy-set white or Hispanic female. She was last seen to be wearing sunglasses and a straw Fedora-type hat.
