Driver Escapes As Car Is Swept Away By Rushing Creek Water Near Granbury

GRANBURY (CBSDFW.COM) - A driver swept away by rushing creek waters near Granbury was reportedly able to make it out of her car, while the vehicle remained stuck in Stroud Creek.  The car remains stuck, as water from the creek swirls around it.

Though witnesses say the driver made it out of her car and got into another car, Hood County Sheriff's deputies are trying to locate her to ensure that she is safe.\

The creek , that separates Stroud Estates and is known to overflow when heavy rains hit.
