AUSTIN (AP) - A West Texas man suspected in a double slaying in Temple has been added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted list.

Justin Lane Slatton Jr. of San Angelo was being sought Wednesday on two counts of murder, plus burglary of a building.

The Texas Department of Public Safety announced a reward of up to $7,500 for information leading to Slatton. DPS says the 20-year-old Slatton has gang-related ties and is wanted for an April 13 double shooting at a home in Temple.

Police responding to reports of shots fired found 26-year-old Jonathan Hess of Temple dead at the scene. A Killeen man, 36-year-old Vicente Hernandez, died the following day at a hospital.

DPS says Slatton's criminal history includes theft, escape and burglary.
