CARROLLTON (CBSDFW.COM) - A TGI Fridays diner says the restaurants are ripping off customers.

New Jersey man claims the Carrollton-based chain leaves drink prices off the menu and then charges too much.

He's asking for millions in his class action lawsuit, including 100 bucks for anyone who ordered even one beer, soda, or mixed drink since July.

TGI Fridays issued the following statement to CBS 11 about the lawsuit:

"Fridays is committed to delivering a great experience to every Guest at fair and competitive prices. We find the claims against Fridays without merit and intend to vigorously defend these allegations in federal court. Given pending litigation, it would be inappropriate to comment any further on this matter."
