DFW Weather: Heat Advisory Tuesday, Wednesday With Feels-Like Temperatures Over 105 Degrees

(CBSDFW.COM) - North Texas is bracing for what will likely be its hottest days so far this season as temperatures climb into the upper 90s Tuesday and Wednesday.

With oppressive humidity sticking around, heat indices will climb to around 105 to 110 degrees both afternoons.

A Heat Advisory goes into effect early Tuesday afternoon and lasts through Wednesday evening to account for the dangerous heat and humidity.

Average high temperatures from DFW this time in July are in the mid-90s.
