Woman Charged With Intoxication Manslaughter After Slamming Into Tow Truck Operator, Knocking Him Off Overpass 

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A woman slammed her Chevy Tahoe into a man who was hooking up a car to his tow truck on LBJ Express near Highway 75, knocking him off the overpass and onto the freeway below.

It happened at 9:44 p.m. on August 30. He died. The woman, Denise Chantel Alford, 35, was arrested for intoxication manslaughter.

The victim's remains were transported to the Medical Examiner's office for positive identification.
