Report: Deion Sanders' Son Accused Of Assaulting Teacher

NORTH TEXAS (CBS11) - A lawsuit filed by a North Texas high school employee claims the son of Deion and Pilar Sanders assaulted a teacher so badly the teacher needed spinal surgery.

The attack allegedly happened after the teacher tried to confiscate the boy's phone in September 2015.

The insurance company that paid the teacher's workers compensation claim is now suing Deion and his ex-wife Pilar for $26,000.
