Dallas Police: Man Arrested For Indecency With Child Exposure

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) — Dallas police arrested a 26-year-old man on Friday for "perform[ing] a lewd act on himself in front of" a woman and her three children, the department said.
Dallas police say on Jan. 12 Luis Esteban Garcia-Palomo performed the act and then followed the victim and her children to a secondary location. Police arrested Garcia-Palomo after the victim identified him in a photo line-up, according to the department. He was arrested for indecency with a child exposure, a third-degree felony, according to a department blog post.
The victim had given police a description of the suspect's vehicle and license plate. Police found the vehicle in a parking lot in the 6500 block of Skillman Street on Friday and got information about the suspect's residence from a witness, according to the post.
Officers then conducted the photo line-up and obtained a warrant for Garcia-Palomo's arrest, the post said.
