Dallas Police Chief Dons Uniform For First Time
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas Police Chief U. Renee Hall put on her police uniform for the first time Thursday.
She tweeted out a photo of her wearing it.

Chief Hall just passed the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Certification exam, known as TCOLE.
Officers cannot wear a badge or make arrests without that certification.
Chief Hall had 180 days from assuming her post to pass the exam.
