Dallas PD Investigates Toddler's Death

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas Police are investigating the death of a five-month-old child. The 911 call from the child's mother came in from the Forest Cove Apartment complex in Lake Highlands, in Northeast Dallas.
According to police, the mother told officers she found her five-month-old son Saturday morning unresponsive.
By the time officers arrived at the apartment complex, paramedics had already taken the child as well as his mother to the hospital.
The baby was pronounced dead at medical city hospital. The medical examiner's office has not disclosed the cause of death.
Police did not indicate whether foul play was suspected.
