Dallas Officer Arrested For Indecency With Child

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A Dallas Police officer was arrested on Tuesday by Red Oak Police for indecency with a child and sexual contact.

Dallas Police said Officer Terance Thompson is an eight-year veteran with the department and is assigned to the Legal Services Unit.

He is now on administrative leave pending an Internal Affairs investigation.

No other details about the alleged crime have been released.
