Dallas Ebola Victim's Family Reaches Agreement With Hospital

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - The family of Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan has reached a resolution with Texas Health Resources, according to a family spokesperson.

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas previously apologized to Duncan's fiancee for the mistakes it made, including the initial misdiagnosis of Duncan.

The hospital will release a statement Wednesday morning about this latest development.
