FRISCO (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett confirmed Saturday that Tony Romo has a fractured bone in his back.

The Cowboys have not determined a timetable for his return.

Media reports speculate that Romo could miss 6-10 weeks.

Romo left Thursday's preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks early after he was hit in the back.
