Couple Chased, Arrested After Tires Stolen

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas County Sheriff's Deputies chase a couple to Ferris and back over a couple of stolen tires Tuesday evening.
The Sheriff's office says the man and woman took two tires that were set as bait, then took off when deputies showed up.
The couple led deputies down I-35E, then over to Ferris and up I-45 back to Dallas before giving up and getting arrested.
Charlie Tidwell, 56
and Jasmane Heidi Lewis, 37 will be charged with felony theft over $2,500 and felony evading arrest.
