Witnesses of the incident called 911 to report the victim lying on the ground after being rolled over by an 18-wheeler. It's unclear how the accident occurred.
On April 2, the steel frame of a building under construction on the campus collapsed, killing 36-year-old Julio Ledesma. Three other workers received minor injuries.
