Worker Injured After Falling Nearly 60 Feet From Hotel Construction Site

The Colony (CBSDFW) - A worker fell 56 feet from a hotel construction site in The Colony.

According to police, the accident happened Friday morning after a 36 year-old Hispanic male tripped over scaffolding.

Officials say the man suffered broken bones and head trauma.

He was taken to a hospital via Careflight. Officials did not say which hospital he was flown to.
