Cleburne Police Officer Arrested For DWI

CLEBURNE (CBSDFW.COM) - A 12-year-veteran of the Cleburne Police Department has been arrested on driving while intoxicated. Grandview Police arrested Cpl. Brandon Arriola on Monday. His bond was set at $1,000 on Tuesday.

Police said Arriola almost caused an accident near the 400 block of South Louisiana. He was arrested during a traffic stop immediately after at about 4:30 pm.

Arriola has been with the Cleburne Police Department since 2003. He's been in law enforcement as a police officer for 15 years. He has been placed on administrative leave and will remain there CPD's internal investigation is complete.
