CORPUS CHRISTI (AP) — Citgo Petroleum Corp. is paying nearly $461,000 in overtime to more than 200 Texas workers who stayed late to provide information to the next shift.

The Department of Labor says the dispute involves Citgo's refinery in Corpus Christi.

A review found the workers ended their 12-hour shifts but had to stay an extra 15 to 30 minutes to brief incoming workers starting the next shift.

Federal regulators announced the decision Friday involving 239 workers.

Citgo did not immediately return a message for comment Tuesday.
