FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - A four-year-old boy fell out of a second-floor window, and his family is blaming the apartment complex management.
According to emergency responders, the boy suffered a fractured skull after falling out of the window at the Sierra Hermosa Apartments on Las Vegas Trail in west Fort Worth.
