Carolyn King Arnold Elected To Dallas City Council In Special Election Runoff

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Carolyn King Arnold was elected to the Dallas City Council for District 4 on Tuesday night.

She defeated Keyaira D. Saunders in a special election runoff to replace Dwaine Caraway who resigned in August after pleading guilty to corruption charges.

Arnold received 1,529 votes (59 percent) to Saunders' 1,060 votes (41 percent).
