Brent Elementary Student Accidentally Brings Gun To School

LITTLE ELM (CBSDFW.COM) - Elementary school students in Little Elm are going home today with a letter to parents about a gun found on campus.

A student at Brent Elementary went to school today with a gun, and ammunition in a backpack. Turns out the backpack actually belonged to the student's parents.

Police determined there wasn't dangerous intent on the part of the student.
