Billy Bob's Texas Celebrates 35 Years In Fort Worth

In Fort Worth, The World's Largest Honky Tonk is celebrating its 35th birthday.

On April 1, 1981, founder Billy Bob Barnett opened his club in the Fort Worth Stockyards.

Over the years, Billy Bob's has hosted thousands of performances by some of the world's biggest stars, including Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, George Strait, Chuck Berry and even Bob Hope.

Pam Minick and her husband, Billy, ran Billy Bob's for many years.  Pam Minick shared some of her favorite memories with KRLD's Chris Sommer.
