DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Two men wearing masks and gloves were unable to pull of an ATM heist but still did tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage.

Dallas police say they pulled up to the ATM at the Brazos Bank at 1625 N. Stemmons Freeway, got out and pulled out a concrete saw around 5:00 a.m. Wednesday.

Police say one of the suspects tried to cut the ATM in an attempt to gain access to the money safe.

The suspects spent several minutes and used several tools to try to open the ATM, but they were unsuccessful and fled the location. The suspects caused about $80,000 worth of damage to the ATM, but did not get any money from the machine.
