Professional athletes for the Dallas Mavericks, the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys swear by Cryotherapy for physical rehabilitation.  Cryotherapy is the process of super cooling your body with liquid nitrogen fog for three minutes.

"It started in 1978 in Poland with a doctor that was trying different procedures for rheumatoid arthritis" said Michelle Minor of Cryo4 in Southlake.

For a long time cryotherapy was for the rich and famous, but now therapy centers are popping up around North Texas.
