Amber Alert discontinued for 13-year-old girl reported missing in Grapevine

An Amber Alert that was issued for a 13-year-old Texas girl has been discontinued.

The teen was reported missing by the Grapevine Police Department late Tuesday night. Around 5 a.m. Wednesday, police ended the Amber Alert.

According to GPD, the missing teen wasn't abducted, but was attempting to return home to Georgia on her own.

She was located at a bus terminal in Houston and was safely taken into custody.
