14-year-old Beaumont girl found safe after AMBER Alert issued

UPDATE 10:30 A.M.: Beaumont police say Seryna Ferrin was found safe at 9:55 a.m. Dec. 5.

BEAUMONT – An AMBER Alert was issued for 14-year-old Seryna Ferrin.

Police say she was last seen in the 150 block of Charlotte Drive in Beaumont on Dec. 4 at 7:30 p.m. Beaumont is about an hour and a half east of Houston.

She was last seen carrying a blue backpack, wearing a green jacket, white tank top and pink pajama pants. She doesn't have access to electronics, internet or social media.

Police describe Seryna as 5-foot-1 with brown hair and hazel eyes. Police say she has Autism.
