US-75 northbound heading into Richardson closed due to investigation

A portion of US-75 in Dallas heading into Richardson was shut down due to a police investigation Wednesday morning.

The closure was reported around 4 a.m. By 10 a.m., the highway reopened.

A CBS News Texas crew at the scene showed several police officers investigating an area under the High Five overpass.

Police did not say what exactly they were investigating. Traffic was backed up for several miles.
